Is it still possible to grow a lot at 15?
Hello everyone,
I'm currently 15 years old and 5'3" tall, and I'm curious if it's possible to grow much more. I'm not particularly tall, but I'd still like to grow to over 5'1" (ideally 5'1"). Some of my friends think that's very unlikely, is that true? (My brother was already 5'1" at 16)
Until puberty has survived, children grow up to ten centimeters a year. Girls have completed their physical development and thus also their growth with about 17 years, boys mostly only two years later.
– Can you grow up at 15?
In the case of boys, there is a shift in growth at the age of 12–17, typically at a peak between 13 and 15 years; a size increase of > 10 cm can be expected in the year of the highest growth rate.

Certain foods also favor growth. Nuts and almonds contain a lot of arginine, a watermelon contains a lot of L-citrulline. Both are well suited to promote growth. Lemons protect the body from overacidification and help the body shake more growth hormones.
I'm 23 and I just stopped growing two years ago, so don't worry about it (within 1.92 😄
This is quite possible. You can grow until you are 25 years old.
But how big you can be, your doctor can determine if you let him/her examine the growth powers. This makes it possible to make a very accurate forecast.
But that's just a prognosis. Alcohol, smoke, drugs and malnutrition as well as severe or long-lasting diseases in the growth phases can inhibit your growth and make sure you never reach your potential maximum size.
you can even grow up to 24 years
That's right
