The front pane has to get out. Below is the corner 100%. The corner is available as a repair panel, new front panel seal would not be bad after 30 years. Typical T3, no drama. Tank filler neck, entry plates (also under carpet), look at the sheets behind the backlights and the folds.
That was done. But not good. It looks like the grate was only removed on the surface, sprinkled over it and repainted. but the grate sits under the seal and continues to gamble. At some point the window becomes leaky and water enters.
