Is it possible to withdraw money from an ATM using PayPal Mastercard?
I use Google Pay because PayPal Mastercard is installed and I also use it to pay in stores.
PayPal pays the amount using Mastercard's virtual credit card and withdraws the money from the account you have deposited, which can also be a checking account.
ATMs now also have NFC functions. Could I then withdraw money from the ATM since it is a virtual Mastercard?

If you have a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®, you can withdraw money from any ATM that has the Mastercard® symbol.
