Assuming I want to work in the office of an industrial company later on, does it make sense to major in Spanish and minor in business administration? So, do I even have a chance with something like that in an industrial company, or do I have to study business administration alone?
Unfortunately, my situation was a bit complicated. I decided to take my Abitur (high school diploma) after graduating from secondary school, but unfortunately, it wasn't the right time. Back then (2004), I was retroactively enrolled. I was in the Bundeswehr's basic military service immediately after graduating from high school, but after four weeks I was retroactively assigned to the T4 (long story). My service ended on November 1st, and I enrolled on November 2nd. I applied for it on October 30th, and it was approved very quickly.
It depends on the university. Theoretically, they don't have to enroll you once the deadlines have passed, but smaller universities in particular fight for every student and are happy to make exceptions.
