Is it possible to prove cash through bank statements?
Hello !
Over the past two or three years, I've been withdrawing money from the bank and saving it. I had poor control over spending in that account, so I saved it separately.
Now I would like to transfer the savings to my account because I need proof of equity for financing.
I printed out my last bank statements for the past three years and marked the withdrawals. Since I live at home and don't pay rent, I was able to save the required amount and had no fixed expenses.
Now my question is: is this bank statement, including the highlighted withdrawal amounts, sufficient to prove I have cash? Adding up all the amounts will determine the amount of cash I have. It's simply my savings. I don't want any problems or legal proceedings. I only have the bank statements.
It should work without any problems. An extract from BaFin website:
Is it so far that you have to have a bad conscience for saving, even as a potential tax evader with a leg in jail?
What does the lender do to your account management? Conversely do it and blacken the positions you don’t want to explain.
In case of cash payment of larger sums of money on a current account, each bank is obliged to check the action for money laundering. For a deposit of 10,000 euros a year, the bank must check. For depositing smaller sums, the bank may check.
If there is money laundering, the bank must report the deposit to the competent authority.
evidence of cash withdrawals can eliminate suspicion. In this respect, the idea with the account statements is not bad.
However: Even if you didn’t pay rent, you’ll probably have expenses. The amount to be paid should therefore be smaller than the amount to be deducted. Since you cannot increase cash in the greenhouse, it would be little credible if exactly the same amount can be repaid.
Why should the amount be smaller? From my wages I have lifted the sum I wanted to save, the rest remained for everyday expenses.
if the amount is smaller than the raised sum, then my saving was meaningless.
Yeah. If it becomes so complicated, the bank would rather leave the investigations to the authority. Saves work and avoids errors.
I didn’t understand that now. I’ve just put the sum that I’ve picked up to the side. Is this unusual or does it lead to investigation?! Because the amount fits together?
