Is it possible to have an apprenticeship plus a part-time job?

I'll soon be starting an apprenticeship and I'm still working part-time for Uber, but I read something about the working hours law. Can I get around it or get a voluntary exemption? 40 hours a week during my apprenticeship + 80 hours a month for Uber.

Education is already exhausting enough when the boss is always in the neck with a lexicon of knowledge.

If you prefer to apply for a money for training at the Jobcenter/Arbeitsamt. They like to do something like that.

You can't work more than 48 hours, INCL: Weekend. And you could have something against Uber rides. You're standing in prison with a leg, because you're sure you haven't registered your vehicle as "commercial".

You can't work in the same operation as an apprentice and as a hired driver. That's not going to happen.

Only in exceptional cases can you work 60 hours a week. This must be compensated for in time. Of course, this also applies to INCL. weekend.

As an Uber driver, you're going to jail before you become a millionaire.

This is Employee PROTECTION. For this, generations have gone to the streets.

This does not change at the maximum working time. The company's training is about 40 hours a week.
