  1. As long as you have your email address, you can usually reset it. For this purpose, under the settings simply click on “Safety” from Mobilguard to email address.
  2. When creating the mobileguard, you have been called a specific code that allows you to reset your account if you should lose your phone. You can simply enter the code when resetting.

With the problem that you don’t have the phone number, you don’t get that answer. I guess you either didn’t really create and use a support account or put something wrong.
