Is it okay to eat mostly at night while in recovery if that's easier?
Another problem is that my parents are a reinforcing/maintaining factor; we generally have a difficult relationship…
Move out in 2 weeks at the latest
and therefore I can eat best when they are not there or sleeping
Hey you!
I know that from myself quite well. I’d rather eat in the recovery at night, mainly because nobody disturbed me, could judge what and how much I eat.
This is perfectly fine if this helps you to start! 🫶🏼
However, it should not become habitual. At night, the body should digest what you took to you the day. It is important to find a good rhythm again in the course of time so that by eating on the day you have the energy needed for everyday things such as movement, clear thoughts, concentration etc.
You yourself have the problem, your parents, already very well recognized and if you really have the will to become healthy, then this will settle down again by the excerpt, as the cause of this behavior, namely your parents, is no longer a topic.
I wish you all the best for your further journey
I totally understand.
then eat something that doesn’t make noise.
ups, I’m thinking about what to eat now.
