Is it normal to hear a cracking sound in your ear when swallowing?

Hey, whenever I swallow, there's a cracking sound in both ears, and it's been happening for months. I wanted to ask if this is normal and what's causing it.

I would be happy if someone could help me 🙂

I sometimes don't have it that long. I'd let this go out with the ENT.
