Can it be that you make your memory card “empty” via the PC?
If so, I can recommend you to make the memory card “empty” via the camera, so format it! If you simply delete them via the PC in the folder, still get data, so take the way over the camera that will delete everything! So stupid it sounds, but it helped me then!

Come on to the camera, but I’ll tap User Error and that you’ve done something.

No, but it depends of course on the camera.

Maybe you have a particularly slow memory card, and the camera needs to write away the picture for so long? Try another card!

However, you might have made some adjustment where the camera has to expect longer, such as HDR or an extra noise reduction.

With me, it takes 2-3 seconds

Come on to the camera. If she’s very slow, maybe.

camera in RAW format in connection with an ancient, extremely slow memory card. this format can create image sizes of double-digit MB memory requirement.

buy for 5 € a fast and reset the camera to factory setting.

RAW is only useful if you want to do image processing afterwards. for quick snapshots unnecessary.

I don’t know such a camera behavior. What kind of camera do you have? Mirror reflex? With film?

And does this make the picture directly when you start or only after ten seconds then one?
