Is it healthy?

Hello, is a 3-day water fast healthy and does it activate autophagy?
When cells renew themselves, does it mean that you are rejuvenating?

No, that’s all but healthy and harms your body more than it brings you something.

Instead, make interval fasting. It is still better and less extreme than this water fasting.

That’s what you’re lying to me. Fasting is very healthy. The resulting autophagy has numerous positive consequences for body and mind.

But in the case of interval fasting, I agree, this is much better for most to integrate into everyday life.

Fasting is healthy, yes. Everyone should do that regularly. But it is difficult to install in our everyday life.

Autophagy begins after about 16 hours and the positive effects of this increase gradually.

More than 7 days, however, it should not be, otherwise a lack of nutrients threatens. Before that, you absolutely don’t have to worry about how someone else wrote.

is 3 days water fasting healthy

No. To deny his body for days almost all vital nutrients is not healthy.

and does it activate autophagy

No.

does it mean if the cells renew that one is rejuvenating?

No. Your body cells are constantly renewing. Whether you’re fasting or not.

You’re wrongly informed. So much so that I question your title as a “community expert”.

In detail, it was possible to demonstrate:

• Fasting mobilizes the energy stored in the fatty tissue of the human body. The metabolism switches from glucose to fat and ketone consumption, which causes numerous positive effects. Metabolic conversion was documented in the study by the permanent presence of ketone bodies in urine.

• Fasting leads to significant weight loss, reduced abdominal circumference and reduced cholesterol and blood fat levels.

• Furthermore, fasting normalized the blood pressure of fasting and improved diabetes parameters such as blood sugar and HbA1c, so many factors have been improved that contribute to cardiovascular health.

• In addition, severe health complaints, such as arthritis, type 2 diabetes, as well as fatty livers and hypercholesterinemia, high blood pressure and exhaustion conditions, improved during fasting in 84% of cases.

• 93% of subjects felt no hunger during fasting, which contributed to their emotional and physical well-being.

No. What you cite is the result of a lasting weight reduction. But not the result of a three-day “water fasting”

That’s very regrettable, but that’s what you know. It’s not the first time you’re spreading blatant misinformation and don’t want to see it.

This statement alone:

No. To deny his body for days almost all vital nutrients is not healthy.

I can’t stay calm. Each child should know that 3 days fast does not trigger a nutrient deficiency.

Please inform you more about the subject of autophagie.
