Is it dangerous to go to the gym every day at 14?

I'm still 14 and I go to the gym, but I go to the gym every day except Sunday.

My friends say it's stupid and dangerous.

I go so much because I like going to the gym and because of muscles.

Monday: Back; Biceps

Tuesday: Chest; Triceps

Wednesday: Legs

Thursday: Back; Biceps

Friday: Chest; Triceps

Saturday: Legs

Sunday: Break

Can someone please enlighten me?

Hello LeonMachold

As you do, this is perfect and harmless. You shouldn’t train the same muscle groups every day, that would be naive. It is essential to have enough rest and to train maximum each muscle group only 2x a week. I would recommend you to always install a restday after 3 days of workout to ensure enough regneration.

You’re doing fine, so don’t let anyone tell you what!

Hello they are right, the muscles also need rest, I only exercise 1 times a week with me in the cellar, even when I did not do anything for 2 weeks, after that I had some more muscles, 2 times a week Monday and Wednesday doing whole body training (also train belly and back to the same) 2x 12-15 WDH. on Friday, make Cardio when would you want to get into the sauna when there was a break, so I always made it with success

Sometimes it’s less. Better go 4-5 times a week. Besides, I don’t check the sense of your training plan, where are the shoulders?

Moin,

Each muscle should be trained 2-3 times a week for optimal results. In addition, there should always be 1-2 days between the training of the same muscle. Your muscles need this time to grow. This break is included in your plan. That’s why I don’t see a problem. However, look for overload due to excessive weight. Technology is significantly more important for bodybuilding.

fun 💪

It is new to me that children are allowed to go into a “Gym”.
