Is it bad if I use nicotine again?

So, about four months ago, I started consuming a lot of nicotine and developed an addiction. Actually, all forms: cigarettes, vapes, and pouches.

But I stopped because I was struggling with skin problems and had made many changes to promote a healthier lifestyle (so far, it's been really successful).

Yesterday I went out partying and used a nicotine pouch.
So I'm wondering if this will have any direct negative effects (health-wise).

Best regards

lots of nicotine consumed and one developed.

So you’re a rodent?

All forms actually cigarettes, Vapes and Pouches.

Cigarettes okay. There can be a search -> due to the pollutants contained in the smoke, but not by the nicotine. Finally, even the WHO no longer talks about nicotine addiction, but about smoke dependence.
In the case of e-cigarettes there is no smoke, therefore no smoke dependence. Here is more a self-trained habit the problem. And the same goes for nicotine bags.

So I have the question whether this will have any bad effects directly. (sensually)

Of course. It attacks your mouth skins and gums.
After one-time consumption, you will hardly notice any effects.

No, it doesn’t hurt once or a few times more.
