Is Hessenticket (E ticket) valid?

Hello, I live in Hesse and therefore have a Hessenticket (E ticket).

If the 9€ ticket comes out, does the Hessenticket also count and is it valid for the whole of Germany?

For example, the RMV writes:

The discounted price also applies to all existing subscriptions and annual tickets as well as to semester, student or job tickets etc. There are no objections for you. Whether only 9 Euros per month are debited during this period or if there is a refund, it is still necessary to clarify.

My public transport provider has informed me that for the period of the 9€ offer I have to pay to him only this 9€ per month instead of my usual ABO monthly price, or he will therefore only charge my account with 9€/month.

All in all, regardless of my original ABO driving range zone, there is a Germany-wide usability with vehicles of local and regional transport.

Yes, each subscription becomes a national-wide close-by ticket
