Is fast food unhealthy during strength training?

Hey, I'm 15 and I train at the gym 5 times a week and do martial arts 3 times a week. Is eating fast food often unhealthy in this case, too?

Yes of course. Fast food is unhealthy because it contains many empty calories, so many calories but little nutrients like vitamins and minerals. Especially when you have a high physical stress, the need for minerals and vitamins increases. Even if you do a lot of sport, you should also pay attention to a diverse healthy diet.

Definitely medium to long-term, since fast food has hardly any metabolic nutrients in comparison with all (ie unprocessed) foods (plantlike animal).

No problem. You don't like fast food.

Sura. Whether you're doing sports.

Not recommended. Many protein products and high-quality carbohydrate products from whole grain are much cheaper.
