Is dash cam video permissible due to coercion?

I just got badly cut off on the highway by a BMW idiot when he overtook me at full speed on the exit.
I have a dash cam and recorded the bird.
Can I report it with the video, earn a few euros and do society a favor?

“Earnings” you can't do anything with it, because killing is a criminal offense and no damage has occurred to you.
If nothing has happened and the bird has not been shown more frequently because of killing, the procedure is likely to be stopped anyway due to lack of “public interest”.
If he doesn't slow you down for minutes or has a long time close to it, a killing is unfortunately not to prove.
