is das zu wenig?
ich habe heute zum mittag eine große portion spaghetti fleisch und käse gegessen dann war ich draußen etwas 2 stunden denke so 14k schritte mit dem tag und jetzt heute abend ein bisschen melone ein vollkornbrötchen mit salami und käse. Ist ok oder?
