Is cookie frosting vegetarian?
My mom made cookies with icing for Christmas and I wanted to ask, is icing vegetarian or does it contain something like gelatin or sweet whey powder?

Depends on what kind of glaze she made.
Mine consists solely of powdered sugar and water. –> Icing.
