Is C24 better than Sparkasse?
Honestly, this is a complete rip-off. There are so many better alternatives like C24 Bank. Everything is free at this bank, just as it should be. They even charge 3% interest, just because.
At the savings bank, they'll laugh at you, spit in your face, and file charges for doing something wrong. Honestly, the only people there are boomers or teenagers like me, whose parents sent them there and who stayed because of their naivety, and the savings bank took advantage of that.
I don't understand the argument as to why you'd want to talk to a person about anything related to the bank. It would be transparent enough, so you wouldn't have to talk to anyone about anything. Because it just WORKS.
On Trustpilot, Sparkasse has 1.6 stars and C24 has 4.9 stars. That says it all.

There are not “Die” (one) savings banks, but about 350 savings banks. All self-contained with own conditions from cheap/free to quite expensive. With nice, competent staff to full posts. It is therefore impossible to generalize.
A neobank is not comparable to a branch bank. What is better depends on personal needs. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. You can also combine both. Do some too.
C24 does not yet exist 5 years and has significantly fewer customers than the savings banks.
Then stay with your savings bank and count on your godless fees
