Is an apprenticeship worthwhile if…?

You earn about €1,900 net immediately afterward, rather than working for minimum wage with a monthly full-time salary of about €1,690? So, a difference of €200.

Yeah, that's just about €2,500 a year. The lower remuneration during training is quickly recovered. After that, you have more pay for the pension in the best case.

With training, there are more opportunities to increase the salary quickly through negotiations. Even if you have to change or want to change the employer, you will be considered higher with training, so there are more opportunities for what good. In the long term, training has some advantages.

My salary since the end of the training has risen significantly more than the minimum wage.

In addition, there are not only higher pension entitlements.

Yes, definitely. You can't take the income directly as a job starter as a benchmark. This will increase significantly faster with increasing vocational training than the minimum wage

A solid training gives a knowledge = a qualification which is confirmed on the certificate. This certificate is the ticket to many companies if you want to change or have to change. So it's not just about the current salary.

I've heard about a raise. Of course, the minimum wage remains on it.
