Hello, Here you can also inform yourself: eja-training.de

In principle, you can take whatever is not prohibited by the Act (§11 LuftSiG, § 27 LuftVG or by the EU 185/2010).

Liquids entrained in the hand bag, including cream, ointments or similar consistents, must be presented separately in a transparent, re-closable bag of max 1000ml volume separately at the safety control.!0 Containers a 100ml capacity are allowed, no combustible liquids or chemicals, poisons etc. Medicine and baby food and beverages for infants up to 4 years for consumption during the flight form the exception.

Objects such as tools and weapons, as well as parts of weapons and objects that can cause serious injuries (baseball bats etc) are prohibited in the passenger cabin. Also items that resemble weapons or look like weapons!

Laptops and larger electronic devices that serve as hiding of the above must be controlled separately.
But as I said, you can read! Good flight

The flashlight itself can be in. Normally, normal batteries or batteries (Ni-MH or alkalis) are not a problem either. But you have to watch Li-ion batteries (e.g. 18650, 14500, 16340, etc.). You can usually transport them only in your hand luggage. You should definitely do that again with the airline.

Yes, Li-ion batteries are often not allowed to enter the checked baggage. Flashlights with Li-ion batteries are still not so common, most have normal Ni-MH batteries or alkali batteries. They’re not a problem as far as I know.
