Is a bus driver allowed to do something like that?

First of all, I take the bus from school every morning and at lunchtime (always just a few stops). Nothing unusual has ever happened to me, except for the odd thing (missing the bus/bus being late/little things).
But this morning when I wanted to get on the bus the bus driver didn't open the door at the front and gave me a kind of hand signal which I interpreted as meaning to get on at the back. When I then went through the door to the back the driver closed it when I was halfway through which meant I was stuck. The door didn't open automatically like it should in a situation like that which is why I was worried that he would just drive off with me in between. So I called out loudly for him to open the door. I said it loudly and firmly because I wanted him to know that I was in between. Then he called out with a bright red face that he wasn't waiting for me because of the traffic and why I was being cheeky. The door then opened again and because I usually avoid unpleasant situations I just sat down and kept quiet.
I've seen this driver on several occasions not being particularly polite to passengers (yelling at a little boy because he didn't have his ticket ready/hurling insults at an older man for God knows what reasons), which is why I'm almost certain he deliberately trapped me.
I've never had any problems with a bus driver before, and I have a lot of respect for the profession. But now that this has happened to me, I'd like to know if and how I can take action against him (is this already negligent bodily harm? Should I report him or just ignore it? A good friend of mine already knows about it, but he hasn't had a solution either).
I'm really sorry for this long text but I don't know how else to explain the extent of the situation.

(Yes, I've asked this question before, but I encountered exactly the same driver today at a zebra crossing. He accelerated on the way there, which he's allowed to do, but it's already in a gray area, especially since I and a cyclist were crossing at that moment. I've simply had enough and think that someone who uses a vehicle like that shouldn't have a driver's license, let alone be responsible for a bus.)

You can complain to the relevant transport companies.
To do this, you should specify the time, direction of travel and line. Then you can determine exactly what driver it was.

there is one side of your traffic companies where you can write complaints. there is usually a small compensation such a 10 Euro voucher or so.
