Is a bird automatically considered a pet?

If a strange bird stays with a strange family, outdoors and not in a cage, as a pet? The thing is… we have birds ourselves and every now and then there is bird food outside, where the strange bird takes something… and therefore is often near us.

You’re talking about wild birds? These are feeders but not pets…

…or are you constantly flying strange Wellis or something?!

The alien bird is not considered your pet.

No. I don’t have 300 housebirds. They’re just birds.

When I feed the chickens, the non-home birds come in and want something -> Still no pets.

When it rains heavily, a lot of non-house birds sit in the chicken stable and wait for the end (of the rain) -> Still no pets.

Abstract: In one of our nut trees, a squirrel lays nuts in a tree column -> No pet.

It remains a wild bird that only enjoys your food offerings.
