The 9 hours a lot are too much and you have to worry about it. It’s self-explanatory.
I sit every day approx. 10 hours also often longer than independent software developer on my screen. I don’t want to imagine that the children almost only spend their youth time on the screen, but that’s really too bad.
5 hours are the average, but as long as you get clear at school and sleep enough it shouldn’t be so problematic.
