Is 100€ enough for a necklace as a gift?

For a successful beautiful young lady.

Personally, I don't measure gifts at monetary value and feel jewelry of all kinds actually as outdated and often almost cheap. You don't want to "buy" the young lady for something, do you?

Expensive necklaces for young ladies quickly sound like a reward for erotic performance, just packaged on both sides more elegantly. I'm totally wrong.

I'd rather experience something together. Give shared experiences. But don't ask any material things that are resaleable.

No, she doesn't. imagine you give her a very expensive gift but she doesn't like the design. then the value of the chain does not use anything

I think it should be enough

The money value is certainly not decisive, but how the gift pleases and what it should express, sometimes a small gift shows more love than something prossy.

Why do you ask strange people for your own values?
