Iphone XR – optischer Bildstabilisator defekt?
Ich hatte mir im April ein iPhone XR gekauft und es mit einer robusten Hülle von Morpheus auch als Navi am Lenker des Motorrads montiert, wie ich es schon mit allen IPhones davor gemacht habe. Nach einer Woche war der optischer Bildstabilisator defekt: das Bild der Kamera waberte unkontrolliert.
Der optische Bildstabilisator ist eine kleine bewegliche Linse die gegen das wackeln des Nutzers mechanisch ausgleicht, der spielte bei mir verrückt.
Das Gerät wurde auf Garantie repariert, der Fehler trat nach 2 Wochen ein zweites Mal auf, das Gerät wurde getauscht, der Fehler trat nach wieder 2 Wochen ein drittes Mal und wurde dann nach einigem juristischen Druck vom Verkäufer zurückgekommen und der Kaufpreis erstattet.
Alle IPhones ab dem iPhone 7 haben einen optischer Bildstabilisator, die vermutlich für äußere Vibrationen anfällig sind.
Habt Ihr ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht? Eigentlich müßte jeder Käufer gewarnt werden, das Gerät keinerlei Vibrationen auszusetzen und es auf keinen Fall am Fahrrad oder Motorrad zu verwenden.
Ich habe mir zwischenzeitlich wieder ein iPhone6S gekauft, das kann ich ungestraft am Motorrad verwenden.

I had the same problem with iPhone 7 until dato Iphone XR.
However, my old mount was a rigid one directly connected to the handlebar, on it a bicycle mount with holding shell for the last iPhone XR.
Again and again problems with the autofocus after a motorcycle tour.
Then in January I ordered a bracket at Amazon, which had a flexible and vibration-sucking rod. Originally designed for mirror mounting. Then put the holder for the iPhone on it. Be no longer a problem, several tours have already taken place.
Conclusion, it lies on a rigid mount that transfers the vibrations to the iPhone and thus damages the autofocus. Can only advise anyone to take a mount that is flexible then can also be navigated with iPhone and filmed during motorcycle driving.
Hello it is not on the iPhone mount.
Had the same problems are iPhone 7 now got a hold on Amazon that you can bend and is not as rigid as others. It no longer transmits vibrations to the iPhone. Have already made several rides with the new mount and all super. No more problems.
Known for this is an iPhone with op. Stabilizer not built. An action cam, aka GoPro or other cheap copies should be used on the bike.
For Navi is an iPhone without op. Use image stabilizer.
Last time I had the same experience with my IPhone X after I had mounted it on the motorcycle… now I’m smarter about the picture stick.
