iPhone – was macht die SPAM-Meldung?
Hi Leute
kurze Frage:
- ich bekomme auf den iPhone ab und zu die berühmten SMS mit “Hallo Mama – ich habe ein neues Handy – bitte antworte” oder “Ihr DHL-Paket ist am Zoll aussortiert – es sind nicht alle Gebühren bezahlt”.
- Ok – normalerweise werden die direkt gelöscht – Klar.
- aber da gibt es eine Option “Löschen und SPAM melden”. habe ich schon ein paarmal gemacht, aber noch nie irgendeine Auswirkung gesehen, die damit zusammenhängen könnte.
Jetzt frage ich mich: hat das überhaupt irgendeinen Sinn – wird da was damit gemacht oder ist das einfach sinnlos?
Hat da jemand einen Hinweis?

The info “Spam” goes to your provider. You have to ask what he does with it.
The effects could be that the provider simply does not forward messages from the registered phone numbers or blocks the numbers directly.
I like to use the option. Doesn’t help, but it doesn’t hurt either.
I don’t know how the Apple solves, but at Samsung several such SPAM messages lead to someone who gets an SMS from the number being directly informed by the phone app that it is probably spam.
