Somehow, the notifications on my phone are broken. I went through all the notification settings on my iPhone and checked five times to see if everything was working properly. I noticed that calls aren't ringing. My phone rarely vibrates for messages. And Snap completely hides all notifications, even though they're enabled in the settings. All other apps at least seem to display them. Can someone help me with this?
