I want to charge my phone, but the Apple logo keeps popping up and then goes away, so is it in a boot loop? It turned on a few times before, but when I plugged it in, only the charging symbol and noise came up, but it didn't charge and shut off again at 0%. It's not the charger or the plug…PS, it's an iPhone 13 mini.
