Hi, I recently dropped my iPhone 14 on the street with a case on. Luckily, there's no visible damage. However, the display is now flickering, as if someone secretly lowered the screen resolution without realizing it. Even after a restart, nothing has changed. Is this a case for Apple support?

Yes, you can fix it at Apple. However, this costs a lot, as the damage is self-made.
If you have AppleCare+, then the insurance is likely to grab and you will get a repair or replacement device for the correspondingly due self-sharing. This is likely to be much cheaper.
