IPhone – delete ALL steps/step data (StepsApp)?
Good day,
I'm currently looking for a way to delete all the steps on my iPhone. While I can easily delete all the steps and data via Health, I'm having trouble with the Steps app: it still displays steps from up to six days ago, even though I've deleted everything via Health.
It is important to mention that the StepsApp is linked to Health and the data is imported.
Now I don't know how to delete the data from the StepsApp. I've already reinstalled the app, but unfortunately, that didn't help.
Try to remove all permissions first in Health of the StepsApp. Then delete the app again. Make a reset. Then reinstall the app.
Thanks for the answer.
If I switch off under “Privacy & Security” -> “Move & Fitness” -> “Fitness Protocol”, I no longer have the non-extinguishing steps, but I must activate the fitness protocol so that the steps can be broken and then I have the last 6 days again.
I don’t know, I don’t have a need for such an action.
Maybe turn off the fitness protocol for a week?
You need to delete this in the app.
In the app you cannot delete data.
