iPhone battery not full why?
Hello everyone
I got a brand new iPhone 15 today, and when I opened it and set it up, I noticed that the phone's battery wasn't at 100%, but at 77%. The battery capacity is 100%, but then I wondered: shouldn't the battery be at 100% by default, or is it normal for the battery to be undercharged?
Thank you in advance!
You mean, as I understood, that the phone has 100% from work?
It’s normal that phones aren’t full. 1. Is there a self-discharge as low as it is.
Two. Does not do well to be stored with 100% over a longer period of time. 70% are usually a good bearing voltage.
That’s normal. The phones are usually charged up to half or more, but not completely to protect the battery. If the cell phone would come fully charged, the cell phone would be in the time it is in the box, which is not good in the long term. Permanent loading of the battery. The same applies when the phone is empty in the box. Therefore up to half charged to protect the battery.
This is completely normal, before it is installed, the battery is tested and tested, and in order to ensure “sustainability” (if it remains in storage for a longer time), the battery is charged to a certain point so that it does not completely discharge when it is stored in the dealer. In addition, the battery is not charged to 100% to save costs.
No. Legally, any type of batteries must not be fully supplied
