iPhone battery acting up?
Good evening,
I have the feeling that the battery indicator on my iPhone 15 Pro is acting up. First of all, I still have 100% remaining capacity.
When I charge the battery to 100%, it stays at 100% for ages. After that, the percentage drops significantly faster, dropping to between 80 and 99%. That seemed strange to me. Today I noticed the following: I still had 20%, then shut down the device. After booting up, it suddenly had 13%. Then I plugged in the charger, and it briefly showed 20% again before dropping back down to 13%.
How do I get this under control?

The erroneous 20% display was probably a bug and that the battery stays long to 100 percent is a design decision because 100% feels much more satisfying.
This also stops Leite from putting the cable in again every three minutes, which would not be as great for the battery – just as the missing “All Close” button in the App Switcher stops people from closing apps because you should not do that.
