iPhone 15 Plus battery?
I've had my iPhone 15 Plus for four months, and the battery capacity is now down to 99%. I only charge my battery every two days and use it very sparingly, but I feel like the battery is draining quickly. My boyfriend has had his iPhone 15 for a month longer, charges it every day, and even in between uses, it still has 100%. My old 13 Pro Max was still at 100% after a year. Could the battery be damaged?
Until the display of the capacity is calibrated it takes a few months.
After 4 months, the actual capacity should be around 96%-98%.
Then why was my old phone after a year still at 100% and with my friend who has been longer now?
Because calibration always takes a little while, it took almost half a year for me to change the display.
You are experiencing that this battery fetishism does not lead to a better battery.
If you only have to load the iPhone every 2 days, the battery will not be empty faster. That’s a great time!
Use your device and don’t always look at the battery capacity. If it falls below 80% within one year of purchase, Apple will replace your battery. Everything else is normal.
