iPhone 13, problems making phone calls?

Hello everyone,

I've owned an iPhone 13 for 1.5 years, having bought it new from Apple back then. Lately, I've been hearing more and more on the phone that the other person can't understand me well, and my voice seems to sound robotic. Switching to speakerphone seems to work, but you can't use speakerphone everywhere.

It could be on the net. If the network standard is not good or the network is generally not well developed, this can also end in poor language quality. In general, you can try the following points:

  • Check signal strength:Make sure you have a good signal. A weak signal strength can lead to hacked talks and poor audio quality.
  • Restarting the phone:Sometimes a simple restart of the phone can fix problems.
  • Turn off and on flight mode:This can help to fix network connection problems.
  • Check the case:Make sure your phone case does not block the microphones and speakers.
  • Removal of Bluetooth devices:Bluetooth devices can sometimes cause interference with voice quality. Try to turn off Bluetooth devices nearby.
