iPhone 13 display touchscreen no longer responding?

Good day!

I have the following problem: Yesterday, I was using my iPhone as normal, when suddenly it froze. I couldn't use the side buttons, and the touchscreen wouldn't respond. I couldn't do anything, not even turn the iPhone off using the power button. Then I had to wait until the battery drained and the phone shut down.

Then I charged the iPhone, it started up, but I still can't use the display. The side buttons work normally again, but the display/touchscreen is unresponsive.

I then wanted to connect the iPhone to my Windows PC via iTunes, but that didn't work either because I can't unlock my phone.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not sure if this is really a display issue or a software problem?

Could also be a software problem. In an Appleshop you can help
