I only recommend buying a used device where you have the option of installing a new battery. This costs a few extra Euros (20-40 Euros, depending on the model), then you will have more of your device and not the stress and additional costs if you have to do it yourself or make it somewhere else.
Often you have to decide: new battery or better optical condition.

The latest device, from the three, is the iPhone SE 2022.
In a few months, the next iPhone SE will be released. Then the SE 2022 should be a bit cheaper.

iPhones are not recommended and for your ridiculous budget you won’t be worth it. I can recommend the Samsung Galaxy A55.
Why should iPhone NOT be recommended? There is also just no matter where, always just a bite. I’ve been using Apple products for 6 years. And was happy with JEDEM. Everyone has advantages and disadvantages.
