iPhone 12 Pro broken?

I can no longer log into Instagram on my iPhone 12 Pro with my account. It keeps saying "Incorrect password," even though everything is correct. When I try to log in with a verification code, this is what I get:

I share my location with friends on Find My. For some reason, it only shows my location from three days ago. So I turned it off for that person and tried to turn it back on, but it didn't work. So I shared my location with them, and a few seconds later, they stopped sharing it.

What should I do?
