Meine Mutter hat ein Problem, ihr Handy geht seit ner Weile immer wieder aus (also komplett, nicht nur Standby-Taste). Es ist gebraucht gekauft aber wir haben keine Ahnung, wie lange wir es schon haben. Hat es was mit IOS zu tun, oder gibt es einfach den Geist auf?
Ihr Handy ist ein iPhone 11 und es ist IOS 17.5.1 installiert.

That’s not a normal behavior if you think so. You can try to reset it to factory settings (don’t forget backup). Theoretically, it can also be a single app that drastically causes a lot of load. But I’d rather tap a problem with the hardware (battery, controller, heat storage …). In your place, I would try the Apple Support for qualified information.
This tends to indicate a hardware defect. Maybe the previous owner fell down the thing more often. No visible damage must have occurred.
Whether it’s financially worth getting the iPhone repaired, I doubt.
