I'd been on my phone for five minutes, and my phone said it had been seven hours. The days before that weren't accurate either. Some days said 20+ hours, but I hadn't even been awake that long, and something's not right. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to get it back to normal?

You installed iOS 18. There's a bug. Should be fixed in version 18.1, you say.

Below it is right but the gray bars are wrong. Turn to the seller best. It may also be that your device is connected to something else. I think it's a bag.
