My keyboard on the case no longer works, even though I have enough battery. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get it working again?

Why can I only call my brother via WhatsApp but not via the iPhone phone app?

I'm usually familiar with these types of screws, as they come with a standard tool, but I don't have one for the large screw shown below as it still has a kind of bump or bulge in its shell.
Unlock the keyboard with your I Pad . Then take the keyboard out of the setting and delete it . Then let the IPad re-search your keyboard . So you have a new connection to the keyboard, and then they should work again.
Does this also work with ipad pro?
