iPad no longer works?

Hello,

It's about my iPad, which really hasn't worked at all anymore. It's on and I can still switch between apps, for example, but it won't connect to the internet, even though it works and the settings say it's connected. I can't even open Safari anymore because it keeps saying "This connection is not private" and that the website could be pretending to be someone who supposedly wants to steal my personal and financial information. Apps like TikTok, Instagram, etc. don't work or load at all, and I can't install the new update because, like everywhere else, it says "Error." I can't even reset the iPad. Whenever I enter my password to delete and restore everything, I get the "Error occurred" message over and over again, and it keeps happening everywhere, even there. Nothing works anymore. I mean, I can't even reset it. What happened? It came on so suddenly and all of a sudden, and what should I do now? Does anyone know anything about this, or could it be a virus? Antivirus apps I tried to scan also didn't work, and everything was reported as "error." I hope someone can help me. 🙏🏻 Best regards
