Invisalign wings?
Hello, I have been wearing Invisalign for a while now and have attachments on almost every tooth. Since Saturday I have had new aligners with wings (precision wings).
Now the splint no longer clicks into place at the very back, and there are no notches in the splint at the front where I have the attachments, so there's a lot of air in the splint there, and the splint is just sitting on top of it, so to speak. Is that normal? I'll definitely call the orthodontist, but since I've been in a lot of pain since the splint change, and today is Sunday, I'm asking.
Hello Mi200027,
that you have pain during the rail change, that’s normal. There helps a painkiller or “behave and wait” 😉
The fact that the rail is not right is not normal. Call your orthodontist. Since the rails have all been manufactured at the beginning of the treatment, problems can occur in prolonged or difficult treatments. That seems to be the case with you. We can safely exclude that you have not worn the previous rail enough;-)
Good luck!

Was yesterday at the orthodontics, they have forgotten to remove the attachments so the rail could not fit. Everything was removed and now everything fits again without painful thanks.
