Intimate problems / urination?

Hello dear community πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

I'm a bit panicky… and generally easily upset, or maybe a bit of a hypochondriac. Perhaps someone here can calm my panic or someone with expertise can help me with my problem.

For about three years now, I've had the problem that when I go to the toilet, the urine trickles down a little and I have to go more often than three years ago (I'm almost 22 now).

I was usually someone who easily went 8-9 hours without needing to go to the bathroom and was good at holding it in. Only once, three years ago, when I really had to go, was I stupid enough to skip the bathroom during an internship and wait about 4-5 hours afterward.

Afterward, I masturbated once but didn't go to the bathroom afterward, despite feeling a strong urge to urinate. My pajama pants were quite wet the next day. I think both of my actions were quite damaging to my body. I still have that problem with the few drops that come out after I'm done using the toiletβ€”just like I usually wake up with slightly damp pants.

Since then I have also noticed changes when masturbating and afterwards – somehow my penis becomes limp much more quickly and urination afterwards is no longer as "intense" but is weaker or more of a "drip".

I'm pretty sure that it was/is extremely stupid and risky to go to the doctor three years after you've already started having some kind of problem, but I didn't want to at the time because of shame, puberty and, logically, other reasons that I would have had to give my parents as an argument for going.

I can now hold back for a few hours at a time, though unfortunately not as long or as easily as before. Just not as easily and not always.

Now I've had another problem for the past 2-3 days. I have extreme pressure in my lower abdomen, and it feels like something is pressing on my bladder, so I have to urinate extremely urgently. This happens every 10-15 minutes, which is really taking its toll on me mentally and has only made my Googling even more depressing. Especially in light of my medical history.

(yes, as a small child I think I had undescended testicles or for a while one testicle wasn't always in the sack…) (I'm still a JF, so I think a sexually transmitted disease is rather unlikely)

I'll definitely make the earliest possible appointment with a urologist here, but I don't know when I'll be able to get one. I usually ask my family (I have many doctors), but this topic just makes me uncomfortable.

I am extremely grateful for EVERY SERIOUS answer or experience report πŸ™πŸ».

Hello, ambulance,

I think that there is a lot of regular, many people also report on such things. I also know one or the other.

Let’s take a look at the topics.

Night creatures know very many people. Whoever has a prostate also has a longer line that has a little own capacity. There are still a few milliliters in the line, which then flow slowly and drain. A simple means that I also use: there are panties for men in drugstores. They simply take up such dripping quantities.

It’s also what I’m doing – and I’m wearing such slip inserts today with all self-confidence.

You can keep the water a bit far, as I say. But there is an emergency mechanism, which then likes to trigger a spontaneous waterfall from itself.

I’ve been keeping the water for quite a long time. Often it is difficult for the water to flow – and I have patience. The emergency mechanism had triggered once – and then there was a small flood.

After this tenderness one does not necessarily have to go to the bathroom. You can do that later. There is no damage, because these are all natural things.

Where the slightly damp pants come from may be hard to say. It often comes to ejaculation at night – then I like to say: a volcanic eruption. This is the “Lava” which differs in the consistency of water. But if it was or is clearly water, it would be likely that the water will not always be kept. That would be a subject for a Urolog*in.

Here it may help to wear a slip for the water – Inko-Slip – or such a insert that can take the respective amounts as Sleep Wear. Of course, this goes for the “Lava”.

I knew that too – and it was always “Lava”. Only at that time had no such slips or inserts.

If the rod is slapped quite quickly, the system may still be set to “lava operation” – and only gradually reset to “water operation”. This always needs a few minutes. At the moment, it may be a bit harder to go with the water – and so much more patience.

I also know this in my way – and I have this piece very patience.

Everything “below” also belongs to our body – whatever moralisms think about it or think about it. It’s your body – and if there’s something weird or complaints, you can always consult a doctor*in.

I used to have some worries about these issues. But I was able to talk about it quickly – and even discuss these topics today from my own life experience.

If the water can be kept less easily in large quantities, this can indicate a subject in the basin floor. Just go to the bathroom more often – but let’s get a Urolog*in on an occasion to see if it’s something healthier behind it.

In addition to physical causes, a urge to have to go to the toilet can often have mental causes: stress, worries, concerns, something that is a depressed and particularly busy, also nervousness. Listen to yourself, if there’s anything. The concerns about your own health can already be a topic.

I don’t know about myself – but I know some people who are.

Therefore, look after an appointment with a*r*m Urolog*in and introduce frank and free all these things. These are professionals who deal with the topics all day.

In today’s time, a great deal of health issues are reported in many media. There may be everything that is addressed – but it may not necessarily be the case for oneself. The doctor helps to advise again what is what can be and what is not.

Best regards

With your extensive description, for me (non-Urologe) it is not possible to derive any even approximate explanation for your currently increasing urging.

Therefore – appointment with the urologist.

Can you call tomorrow!! and make appointment, the longer you don’t call, the longer until appointment πŸ˜‰

And for urologists, the topic “heim game” is not unpleasant.

A well-known urologist has a “beautiful” practice motto:

“Nothing human is strange to us” πŸ™‚
