Hello, for the past few days, my upload speed has been very slow (often below 1 Mbps), and I can barely upload anything anywhere. Strangely, my download speed is completely normal (around 30 Mbps). Does anyone know what could be causing this? I'm using a LAN connection. Thanks in advance.

I suspect that your router's upload is overloaded with something.
Check if you can see how much upload is currently being used in the router.
Fritzboxes can definitely display this.
