Internet ping spikes?

First of all, hello and thank you to everyone who reads this question.

I've been having problems with my internet for a while now, especially with the ping.

As you can see in the attached images, I'm experiencing a lot of ping spikes, and my internet provider is refusing to help me. To rule out problems with the LAN cable, etc., I ran a test with both LAN and Wi-Fi.

I have a router as a Fritzbox and 2 amplifiers in the mesh.

This problem is also not constant and does not have a specific time at which it is always present.

If you have any further questions about the router etc. please just reply and I will try to answer them.

Find out where exactly these fluctuations in latency occur and then you can see where exactly the cause is to be looked for.

As you can see in the attached pictures I have very many Ping Spikes and my internal provider refuses to help me.

… because he does not owe you certain ping values contractually (and in most cases technically cannot affect you), it must not surprise you.

To eliminate problems with the LAN cable etc. I have made a test with LAN and one with WLAN.

…and what came out of it?

and my internal provider refuses to help me.

Why would he help you? Finally, your provider has no influence on all computers connected to the Internet worldwide. That is why you were not contractually assured that all computers worldwide respond to your request at the same speed.

also the download speed suffers from this

Who told you that bullshit?

No, that’s wrong. Not every Internet user has the same routing and not every Internet user pines the same server.

The ping has nothing to do with the download speed, that’s total nonsense. How fast your car comes from 0 to 100 km/h does not say anything about its maximum speed.

What test is now with Lan and with Wlan?

And where exactly did you put the Lan cable on it? To a Wlan router to a Dlan router to the Internet router ?

Then put the cable directly on the Internet router.

Because if you have Wlan between the routers and the PC, you don’t have Wlan any lan.
