Internet on the PS5 impossible?
Hi, we've had a new contract with 1&1 since February 20th. Before that everything was fine and normal, then there was an internet outage for a few hours in the evening and since then I've had massive internet problems on the PlayStation every day for the past two months. No matter which game I'm in. It says can't connect if there's no internet connection WHILE I'm in a party with friends etc. or things like "you have to be logged in to the PSN network to use this and that while I'm in parties etc. If anyone knows why this is and what I can do, please reply.

Is the internet on your phone? If so it could be something weird, try to connect to the hotspot if that should work out something sm internet is wrong. If you have to ask how to use the hotspot they can answer me. (The hotspot will activate mobile data.)
The internet works objection free on the phone, only at playstation I have either problems to connect to any server like zb pvzgw2 ea sports fc sea of thieves and many more where to be written despite 5 bars and online party in the talk then says “register at psn network an”
Unfortunately there is no information here (WIE IMMER).
Can and must I assume you use Wi-Fi? If so, you know the mistake.
