Internet no longer works properly on PC?

Good Morning,

I took my PC apart and replaced the mainboard and since then I've had problems with the internet. For example, I can't watch YouTube videos anymore. It just loads but the website loads very quickly. The same thing happens with Twitch and Discord. When I join a call there, it just says RTC is connecting. I can't send messages directly, for example. Downloading works like usual. I'm also using a LAN cable, not WiFi. I hope someone here can help me!

My components:

GPU: AMD RX 6700 XT

CPU: Intel i5 13400f

RAM: 32GB 3600MHz

Previous motherboard: ASRock B660M Pro RS

Motherboard now: Gigabyte B760 Gaming X DDR 4

The location on a question: It always worked before…
Play NO ROLE:

An Internet provider only ensures direct connection.
You have 4 or 5 possible disturbances that come into consideration.
2 Dlan devices themselves, the 2 Lankan connections and then the STROM SELF.

And here seems to be the fault.
Why DLAN is not an interference-free connection and is subject to permanent fluctuations.
Why and why you should look at some wikis, youtube videos and and and. Because that would be in a text…
