Hello Jones381,

Cheap Wi-Fi Stick possible?

In those, it is not unusual that the compound is then unstable and slow.

The orientation of the antenna(s), distance from the router and thus between the router and the receiver make up.

My tip: If possible, switch to cable connection.

If not, go to Causes! Above mentioned points can be taken as points of reference.

Hm, TPLink is not really bad now.

Cables would of course be better:)

Hello,

also from me will come the tip – use LAN. This is the most reliable and stable.

Wi-Fi can also work very well, but at the same time it can be very troublesome. And if several devices have problems with you in Wi-Fi, it is certainly a good idea to put in place once.

First of all, the location of the router is important. It should be free and like at least 1 meter height. Not hidden in a closet or well covered by a pot plant. That’s a lot of money.

Look again Wi-Fi optimization tips on.

Best regards

I guess the problem is the USB Wi-Fi stick.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of rams to buy here, especially from WLAN sticks without external antenna you should leave your fingers.

I would therefore try to see if the problems also occur when connecting your PC and your router to a cable.

all out and in. New registration. Possibly renew WLAN…

If you’re with Vodafone, do the speed test. It indicates whether it is on the Internet or on the WLAN. If it is on the WLAN, a card, or a stick with correct antenna can help.

This comes from using these Wi-Fi sticks.

With PC always a LAN cable.

Wi-Fi is unstable if you are too far away from the router.

Can’t be. Internet access is usually non-copper parts installed

Look for disturbances at the provider.

But can also be weather conditioned or it just uses a lot of your network

If many (at least strangers) use their Wlan, a password might be attached.

This can lead to overloads even in multi-channel occupancy

Is the new channel capable of overloading. Because if around 800 all are to work & school there will be no channel disorder (except 20 households are the latest PS5 updates = rather unlikely). In the evening (questioned around 1749) there is already more and more.

Right! Many routers are looking for the cheapest channel.

At least Fritz Boxen do that in any case.

But yes, I didn’t think about it.
