Internet goes to 10k ping for 1 second, every minute why?

Hello, I'm having a problem where I get a very high ping every 1-2 minutes, or rather, I get no internet signal at all for a second. This is really annoying, especially in games like Valorant, where this is crucial. I have a LAN connection with a repeater. I've checked the repeater several times with a location tool, and it's in a good location. What could be causing this?

Repeater: RE450 Tp-Link

Thank you in advance, MfG

“I have a Lan connection with a repeater”

  • That's it. The repeater increases the ping and you don't have any LAN connection, but WLAN, because the repeater is very likely connected to the router via WLAN and then the PC with the repeater via WLAN – that's not good.

Always use LAN. Wi-Fi is shit for shocking.
